Would you guess what this is? It is an impressive lock mechanism (from the 16th century) of a big metal box I found in the Citadel of Dinant, Belgium. I really love the shapes, textures and symbols... I took this photo last summer and forgot to share it (I made some edits to improve the details, colors, composition, click to enlarge...). Lock and Key
Lock and Key
By Kristen McVay
My heart under lock and key
Until you came along and stole
Both lock and key
You unlocked my heart and let it be free
But now you've also let it be hurt
You promised you wouldn't
And I trusted you
So I'm stealing back the lock and key
My heart under lock and key.
