Ben Heine Solo Exhibition at Harbour City in Hong Kong (2015)
In 2015, Ben Heine had a solo exhibition at Harbour City, Hong Kong's largest shopping mall, titled "From Cocoa to Chocolate, taking you through the Journey of Love". Heine created new Pencil Vs Camera artworks featuring some of Hong Kong's famous landmarks along with chocolate and love themes. The exhibition happened in the frame of Hong Kong’s famous Chocolate 2015 Trail. For this event, Heine collaborated with the well known Chocolate brand Galler. Ben Heine also delivered a "Flesh and Acrylic" impromptu simulating the movement of chocolate fluid to match with the theme of his exhibition. The Belgian Embassy in Hong Kong supported Heine's show. Photo report about my recent exhibition at Hyehwa Art Center in Seoul, South Korea. That was my first exhibition in Asia. Many thanks to INMD for making this event possible, to the Belgian Embassy for their presence at the private viewing and to Samsung for their precious support.
