No more violence! This work is dedicated to the 5 killed and 125 wounded people in the recent gun and grenade attack in Liège (Belgium). Weapons are useless. I ripped the paper and held it in a different way so that it works with my drawing... You can view some details and the work in progress (part of it) here below. PS: "Pencil Vs Camera" is a copyrighted concept and invention. It's forbidden to use it for commercial purposes without authorization.

Remembering what I am

That was another time consuming project...
This is a digital work but totally handmade
I painted each circle individually on a black
surface. I made a quick preparatory sketch
first (you can see it in the "making of" below)

Touch My Outside Skin
.
By Peter S. Quinn
Touch my outside skin
Trying to reach the bone
I'm everything within
Structured by my tone
Nothing much of difference
From someone like you
Give me and my ways a chance
Make my life come thru
Like a day that’s going by
So is everything going
Flying low and flying high
Inside each track showing
Answers coming to reward
Within days new choice
That we know will start
To surrender its rejoice
(Read the full poem)
Thanks for writing this Peter!

God, Man and Woman
.
By Firoze Shakir
.
In the cradle like womb
lies birthright of a
baby...
the father of man
in full bloom...
humble beginnings
live let live
go back
as food
for worm like thoughts
in an unmarked tomb.
God the Dress maker
Man in a Woman’s Costume.
Woman undressed
Mans Everlasting Doom.
Dark shadows on his
Ancestral awakening loom
A dead corpse to exhume
The world a mortuary
A tenanted room
