Detail of a wide acrylic abstract painting (recent project). I titled it "Climate Changes" because I had the feeling it looked like clouds and tornadoes seen from space but with strange colors... :)

Featuring my friend Sasha. I took the picture and made the sketch in Braives (Belgium). If you wish, you can view the work in progress and Sasha's face. Thanks Sasha.

I recently took this photo in a forest near Malmedy in Belgium
The above photo has been shot with the Samsung NX10, which
has been provided to me by Samsung Digital Imaging Co., Ltd.

That Teddy is in Real Trouble...
.

I found that in a street of Brussels a few days ago, kind of scary and disgusting, I know, but this is so unusual that I wanted to share it.

Remembering what I am
.

That was another time consuming project...
This is a digital work but totally handmade
I painted each circle individually on a black
surface. I made a quick preparatory sketch
first (you can see it in the "making of" below)

Touch My Outside Skin
.
By Peter S. Quinn
Touch my outside skin
Trying to reach the bone
I'm everything within
Structured by my tone
Nothing much of difference
From someone like you
Give me and my ways a chance
Make my life come thru
Like a day that’s going by
So is everything going
Flying low and flying high
Inside each track showing
Answers coming to reward
Within days new choice
That we know will start
To surrender its rejoice
(Read the full poem)
Thanks for writing this Peter!

I Have Also Seen This in Paris
.
.
I took the initial background photo from Montmartre's hill in Paris, France and then added the 2 birds (coming from one of my photo sessions realized during a trip in England) with a huge scale contrast to give the whole scenery a surreal look... (Reminder: Every graphic element shown on my blog comes from my own production/stock and all my photos, paintings and drawings are copyrighted, thanks)
