Miroir de ton âme (Ben Heine Music)

Voici ma toute dernière composition
musicale et son clip "Miroir de ton âme"

Voix: Meggy Meyer
Compo, piano, paroles, prod: Ben Heine
Clip vidéo: Jabjah Prod.
Acteurs: A Grillo, Joseph L. Vonck

Paroles:

Ton sourire guide mon coeur

Refrain:

Miroir de ton âme, je suis le reflet
De tes souhaits, regarde moi
Nous étions destinés à nous trouver
Nous enlacer et nous aimer

Simple Innocence: Original Music by Ben Heine

Ben Heine's new music composition "Simple Innocence". Visit Ben Heine music website. Thanks to Isaline, Auriane, Manon and Celestine who sang the small choir in Heine's studio. I'm A Clown
Lyrics by Ben Heine

I gave you everything
We spent so long together
You used to be my darling
We drank the same water

Where have you been?
Why do you hide?
You were a queen
Stay by my side

I'm a clown
A needy clown
In the jungle
Of your heart

Why don't you understand
We could relieve the pain
Just give me your 2 hands
We've got to try again

Where have you been?
Why do you hide?
You were a queen
Stay by my side

Believed in you so much
Why did we change like that?
Do you remember us?
So young and beautiful.

I'm a clown
A needy clown
In the jungle
Of your heart

The Language of Love
Lyrics by Ben Heine

I came here for no reason
Travelling all alone
Right outside my little plane
I got lost in the rain

I crossed the pearly gate
Looking for a soul mate
Then I saw you in the crowd
Flying on a voodoo cloud

We escaped as an eclipse
We fell deep in the bliss
We forgot time and space
We enjoyed this mighty place

Your beauty woke me up
You showed me your world
Everything seemed possible
As if I knew you forever

You opened me your door
Granting me passion and trust
What we were looking for
Infinity and star dust

We walked on the same rainbow
At night, side by side
Not thinking about tomorrow
We spoke the language of love

Heartbeats and earthquakes
Kisses and Caresses
They all resonate
When I'm asleep or awake

And now you're far away
But we made that special wish
That we would meet soon again
The fire can't be extinguished

It's just a matter of time
Until our hearts stop bleeding
Our souls will be fine
If the sun keeps on shining

Taste Buds Music by Ben Heine

Personal original composition (edited in Ableton Live). A bit quieter than usual. It becomes slightly crazier at the middle of the track. I made this music as a soundtrack for this time lapse video, which shows the making of a recent abstract project.

Plucky Ducky (Original Music)

Original & personal musical work with some minimalist lyrics: "Lucky ducky, lonely ducky, funky ducky, plucky ducky". Kind of a parody... Music and picture: © 2014 Ben Heine

You can watch me at work in Ableton and hear the track in progress in the following short video:

A recent project. Long exposure photos. I was playing around with different led lights gadgets in my studio. Leds give beautiful sharp and incandescent lines surrounding the room furniture. It's an experimental project. View my other long exposure photos at the following link or buy some prints to decorate your home.

Absolutely purrfect! Eight playful little cuties I found in a street of Lisbon, Portugal. If you wish, you can view 2 details at this link. Note: Many people tell me that, like in some of my other pics, this image looks like a "pencil drawing". It is a photo, though. The truth is that I always spend some time to edit my photos to get a nice balance of details and different gray tones... It's just more work for better results. I personally think unedited photos are never good enough to be shared.

Here is a screenshot of the software I started using a few months ago: Ableton Live. I will be avidly working on some original electronic compositions in the coming months. Ableton is a loop-based software music sequencer and DAW for OS X and Windows. In contrast to many other software sequencers, Live is designed to be an instrument for live performances as well as a tool for composing and arranging. It is also used for mixing of tracks by DJs, as it offers a suite of controls for beatmatching, crossfading, and other effects used by turntablists, and was one of the first music applications to automatically beat match songs. It does not support traditional musical notation.

An amazing man I met during my recent trip in Spain. He didn't talk, he didn't move, but I knew he wanted me to take photos of him... The sheeps and clouds behind were in the perfect position. I was lucky to be there. The above picture has been shot with the Samsung NX11 (Samsung Electronics. Co., Ltd). If you wish, you can view a random detail HERE.

Another picture I took from a small bridge in Venice, Italy. The above photo has been shot with the Samsung NX11, provided by Samsung Electronics. Co., Ltd.

A photo I took in Braives (Belgium) during Christmas Eve.
We hadn't seen so much snow in Belgium since decades!!

This is a full drawing with a surreal touch ^^

The architectural background is inspired by
the main hall of the "Palais des Beaux Arts" of Lille
in France, which I visited some time ago.

I'm glad I can finally share this with you.
I'm now going to work on some new
"Pencil Vs Camera" images.
